In continuation to a successful dinner series, we are welcoming back Adam Collet of School of  Wine, for a wine appreciation evening featuring vintage Penfolds wines straight out of Adam Collet personal wine collection.

Adam Collet – School of Wine

Originally born in Fairfax, Virginia in the United States of America, Adam quickly found passion in the art of wine-making and appreciation while holiday working in The Mudbrick, on the Waiheke island, New Zealand. Since then Adam has grown a vast knowledge in wine all while working in different wineries across New Zealand, Australia and Virginia. On top of completing WSET Course Level 3, Adam has made a mission in educating people about wine appreciation through his company; School of Wine.

To compliment Adam’s wine collection, MODU Bar & Kitchen is thrilled to present a 4-course dinner experience. Taste & learn more about the rich Penfolds collection and Adam’s knowledge in wine appreciation.
