Wildflower Brewery was co-founded in 2016 by brothers-in-law Topher Boehm and Chris Allen in NSW. The gents make their beers a little differently and since the start have fermented their ales with a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from flowers native to Australia.

In MODU Bar & Kitchen, Jase showcases Asian fusion delights that derives inspiration from generation old family recipes marrying local Western Australian ingredients and contemporary cooking methods.
Eddie Bulatao – Luis’ @ Lawson Flats
Originally born in Saudi Arabia, raised in the Phillipines before moving to Australia for high school, Eddie found his passion for fine cuisine at a young age. Intrigued by local West Australian ingredients, Eddie has cooked among Perth’s best including Coogee Common & ANY Dining before steering the kitchen helm at Perth newest club house restaurant – Luis’ at Lawson Flats.
Eddie’s creations at Luis’ involved modernising classic flavours using seasonal West Australian ingredients.
