Known for its luxurious flavour, high degree of marbling and exceptional tenderness, Berkshire Kurobuta Pork has earned its reputation as the Wagyu of pork. Like beef, Berkshire Kurobuta pork is highly regarded by diners for its outstanding texture and juiciness, bringing an unmatched  flavour not found in typical pork varieties.

Wildflower Brewery was co-founded in 2016 by brothers-in-law Topher Boehm and Chris Allen in NSW. The gents make their beers a little differently and since the start have fermented their ales with a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from flowers native to Australia.

Hailing from Ipoh, West Malaysia and inspired by his chef grandfather; Jase’s culinary journey was born from a passion of fine local ingredients.
Jase’s experience transverses a variety of cuisine within the industry including French-inspired fine dining restaurant, five-star hotels to local humble eateries.

In MODU Bar & Kitchen, Jase showcases Asian fusion delights that derives inspiration from generation old family recipes marrying local Western Australian ingredients and contemporary cooking methods.

Eddie Bulatao – Luis’ @ Lawson Flats

Originally born in Saudi Arabia, raised in the Phillipines before moving to Australia for high school, Eddie found his passion for fine cuisine at a young age. Intrigued by local West Australian ingredients, Eddie has cooked among Perth’s best including Coogee Common & ANY Dining before steering the kitchen helm at Perth newest club house restaurant – Luis’ at Lawson Flats.

Eddie’s creations at Luis’ involved modernising classic flavours using seasonal West Australian ingredients.

MODU Bar & Kitchen & Eddie Bulatao are thrilled to present a special dinner experience marrying both superior produce while showcasing both Chef’s talent on a specially curated 4-course matching beer dinner.
