Hailing from Ipoh, West Malaysia and inspired by his chef grandfather; Jase culinary journey was born from a passion of fine local ingredients.
Jase’s experience transverses a variety of cuisine within the industry including French-inspired fine dining restaurant, five-star hotels to local humble eateries.
In MODU Bar & Kitchen, Jase showcases Asian fusion delights that derives inspiration from generation old family recipes marrying local Western Australian ingredients and contemporary cooking methods.
Oli Buenviaje – Olio’s Fine Food
Originally born in Phillipines, lived and extensively travelled across the globe; Oli has worked with one of the finest chef and venues around the world including three Michelin-star Chef Alain Ducasse in France to 7-star Hotel Burj Al Arab Dubai.
Oli returned to Perth to highlight Crown Resort, Aloft Hotel and Melbourne Hotel before establishing Olio’s Fine Food in 2019 with a mission to deliver the finest standards in Perth high-end catering business.
MODU Bar & Kitchen & Olio’s Fine Food are thrilled to present a luxurious Truffle dinner experience showcasing both Chef’s talent on a specially curated 4-course themed dinner.
Each menu can further be enhanced with a four-glass drinks pairing, featuring local Western Australia wines & liqueur.
